“Jacob, Best response and service in the automotive repair business in and around Rome, GA. Online, it said they open at 7AM. I called, they answered and told me when they would be coming to my house to replace my battery and get me going and Danny was even early on arrival. Pleasant, helpful and efficient. This level of service in any business is so rare, I was stunned. To them it was natural and normal service. I myself am a 50 year veteran of this industry and I have only seen this level of service once.”
“They were honest.”
That’s how two of our customers put it this year.
“I can’t thank these guys enough! Honesty is very important to me and they are my new mechanic. I was told elsewhere I needed things I did not, these guys fixed what was needed and didn’t take advantage of me. This is how a business should be run.”
“Today was my second experience with Binkley. They were honest. They made sure my car was safe to drive, took me in right away, and got what they needed to get fixed. I will be back every time if my car has an issues.”
